odd problem

Went to start the car earlier and it was turning over but the fuel pump was not priming , Tried usual stuff, relays etc but no dice. went back half hour later and pump primed and started first time.As i had locked it by remote after first attempt do you think it is a problem with immobiliser?.Dont get too technical as i am an halfwit when it comes to cars

Quite possibly but also worth having a check of the terminals on the fuel pump. You'll see why when you see where it lives...
