Early exhaust manifolds
Discussion
I've acquired a set of early exhaust manifolds and downspipe, the ones with the bolted flanges. These look like a much more sensible design than my current items and I'm tempted to swap them over when I renew my manifold gaskets, as apparently the downpipe will mate up with the rest of the system.
Is this a good idea? Or despite the difficulty to install the later manifolds do they flow better?
Cheers
Carl
