You are driving along and an old lady pulls out of a side turning into the side of your car and the only damage is missing paint no dents and no broken fibre glass! Well that has just happened to me and I consider myself lucky. Paint damage to 2 panels which is minimal.she was facing in to the sun and I think she just didn't see me, I asked her when she last had a claim, 6 months ago was the answer!! I have asked her to call me and let me know which she is taking when she goes out in future :-)

Feck me sideways twice,how can you miss that car.I played it safe by buying orange but yellow was my first choice.How can you miss any bright tvr or in her case not miss;)

I think I am actually having a good week believe it or not, I ran over my holdall in my tvr and inside it was 2 cameras an ipad2 an I phone and my satnav and the only thing damaged was one of the cameras and the iPad case! But I think the lady concerned was blinded by my car which is nearly as bright as the sun. I have never claimed on my insurance touch wood but I thought that was about to change. How much to paint 2 panels , £400 ? Your cerb is a great colour!

400 if you know a sprayer,which i think most tvr owners do;)Lol yeah mine is bright had to buy it as soon as i saw it,hope you get yours sorted bud will she pay up without going via the insurance,this will save your no claims

i consider this lucky, just before i took my newly damaged car to have estimate for paint repairs, the other party insurers s**a call me and say that they accept liability and i can go ahead with it, then i got the quote for £1300 !!
