Hello

I didnt shut my door last time I used the car and as a result the battery was flat when I came to use the car. I plugged it into my accumate and left overnight. Car now starts fine but I the fob doesnt work - both in terms of central locking and to disable the immob. The only way I could disable the immob was with the little key.

Carl replaced by immob about a year ago. Before I give him a call any ideas? I did try disconnecting the negative terminal from the battery and then reconnecting but no change. Interesting when I disconnected the negative the door solenoids still chattered?

As Pajero says, just disconnect the car battery for a few seconds then reconnect and press the plipper.

When the battery goes flat the alarm runs on its internal one, but apparently can get confused when main power comes back on if the alarm battery has also drained out. Disconnecting and reconnecting the car battery should cause the alarm to reset and start working properly.

I disconnected the neg terminal - should this have the same effect? Also it was a bit weird as the door solenoids kept clicking even after I disconnected?
