Well i have just replaced the petrol return pipe in 30 minutes...that must be a record...?
would have been even quicker if i had someone to help and had fixed the new pipe to the old one and pulled it through.

Seriously instead of all the problem threads shouldnt we start one for easy jobs and simple fixes that you can do yourself???

Would make a good change fromm all the problem threads..... :-)

Easy jobs and simple fixes!!! being 6ft + it's not always been a comfy drive but surprise surprise, as I was sorting out a damp problem,I discovered that the clutch and brake peddles were adjustable, gained another 2in, and what a differences it makes, and if you don't believe me ask the wife,,,

Great idea especially if we could make it a sticky!

Not so easy on the Serps this way though Andy frown as the rigid metal coolant pipes are in the way scratchchin and I have a feeling if someone is changing the return then they are changing the HP supply hose too (or should be) which done as a pair is not a particularly easy job to carry out if the car is Serp with the heater duct behind & the plenum fitted smile
