Electric window problem

Can anybody give light on below.

Elec window, fortunatly stuck in closed position.

Checked all connections voltage at switch, at motor and did test on motor winding, all appears o.k.
You can hear motor/solonoid click as if is trying to open but no way is it. When the switch was tested it had minus whilst closed as should be then plus when trying to open which suggests all is ok electrically.
Pass side all ok.
I have stripped out door panel greased all I could get at. had son put pressure on window whilst switch on to open, nothing.
It looks a nightmare to change motor assembley.

Any ideas please!!!!!.

Mine used to stick when the mechanism holding the window level came loose. The glass wasnt sitting straight in the channel and wouldnt budge. Quick fix was to open the door then grasp the glass at the top rear and wiggle the window horizontally i.e. pushing the glass towards the front of the car/pulling towards the rear.

This may not help but probably worth a try,

There is a rubber insert which fits in the rail where the glass slides up and down,It eventually gets pushed out and traps at the bottom ...so it may be door cards off time

I have the door card off, a piece of cake by the way no problems whatsoever, I wasnt relishing taking them off, mine showed no signs of being off before, even had wing nuts on, no plastic/rubber weather shields touched or door carpet screws, must be lucky.
Have tried the window treatment all seem ok and in position the only thing I couldnt do was the window adjustment screw it would not budge even after 2 hrs soaking in plus gas, maybe it just seized.
Will keep trying, new motor Clever Trevor £166.00 its not the money it seems to be a really akward job to say the least to get motor and windings out, does anybody know if I can just remove the motor!!
