I knew that my Chimaera had undergone a lot of work before I bought her, but I didn't know when exactly the chassis had been replaced, & as she was parked outside during the bad weather last winter I decided to take the wheels off & see what needed to be done.
I do have a condition that is too boring to talk about, but suffice to say each wheel arch will take me a full day to do, even if the only thing I have to do is clean!
Being an idiot I forgot to take before pictures, will do that on the next one, but I was surprised to find out that once the dirt was washed off everything I could see was still in superb order.
I did re-paint a couple of things to bring them up to the same standard as the chassis, but very little.
Clean or what?

And the wheel cleaned & back on.
