Just changed my wheels for a set of Griff 500 wheels from the Classifieds. I Wanted to try darker wheels on the car , but I'm still undecided. Anyway the wheels came with a good set of tyres and mine needed replacing so no great loss if I decide to change back in the future. Also may have an option to swap them for a set of 17" wheels.

If you look to sell the wheels, PM me as I'm desperate for a set of 500's!!!

Car looks fantastic!

Mine is the lighter blue and I have some horrid rims on it at the moment!

I might be selling my unmarked 500 estorils in the near future. Changing to 18R, 17F SP12s because my car needs big brakes.

The estorils are 16R, 15F and were factory fitted from new on my 98 500.

I MIGHT keep them for the sake of having them avaialble for originality, but haven't got the storage. Could keep them at the in-laws though.

The SP12s are to special order and might take another 10 weeks to materialise, which dictates when I'd be able to release the estorils

Looks the same as my chim which is Avus Blue Pearl

(there are 3 different ones apparently - it became a "BMW" colour after TVR started using it)

I have a similar blue (Bmw 287) on my 97 Chimaera, my personal opinion on the colour of the wheels is too dark though I wonder if they look better in the metal?
A gunmetal or anthracite grey would be my choice.

Colour is avus blue. Hopefully Getting it resprayed later in the Year once all the other jobs are done, probably same colour. The wheels are a bit darker than I expected, but growing on me. Going to keep them on for the time being.
