Do you get just the wheel, or the metal bracket it is attached to?

I took the rubber seal off regreased it and put it back together

Thats got a 'smooth' wheel rather than one with the 'ribs' in it to guide the serp belt.

The smooth pulleys are for air con equipped cars as the belt runs over the pulley on its smooth side
