water in the car after rain

Hi, I,m used to some rain getting in sometimes, but after a recent down pour I had water just below the center vents, where the electric window buttons are. Not much and the following day its dry, so I guess it came in and down the vents? Has anyone had the same happen??

Also check the seal around the windscreen.

Have a look where the wiper washer pipe goes through below the screen, that was one of my leaks.
