Due to issues at work I may need to sell my baby next month
Question is I don't want the hassel of dealing with a bunch of tyre kickers & test pilots.
Any suggestions of the best place to advertise?

Yes - it costs £10 but the ads are only posted on the web. Post or fax your ad to Market Place, c/o Pietro Abate, 39 Barn Drive, Maidenhead, Berkshire SL6 3PR.

If you do post it on PH, you will at least be able to ask if they're a PHer or not. It can be a little less painful if it's someone you've heard of.

You could approach Rob Ingleby, I phoned him a week or so ago as I am looking to buy in about a week or so, he has genuine buyers waiting for the right car etc so might be worth a try. his website is www.findasportscar.co.uk

Check out the new addition to James Agger's website - TVRBroker.com. You post your details and picture etc. Not sure what the charge will be but it is likely to keep away the tyre kickers and the joy riders - if he likes the car enough he might buy it. Check out the site and then speak with James before he legs it to Le Mans although he will be keeping his phone on ready to deal at a moment's notice.

I've sold 2 cars using Pistonheads. They were both sold within a week and all the people who phoned were genuine. Highly recommended!
