Windscreen washer hoses

I found yesterday that one of the plastic nipples which the hoses on the windscreen wiper arms connect to has snapped. It's located on the plastic panel between the bonnet and windscreen. Does anyone know how to replace it and if the dealers stock this part?

I've had similar problem with the wiper end breaking recently. Hope some can suggest a better idea than superglue.

Dealers stock it. To replace remove dash, cut hole in bulkhead and replace unit. Not for the fainthaearted I should say. Some later 2000 on cars have the access hole already there.
