To follow an earlier thread, the Dunlop appears to be the only premium tyre availble for estoril front sizes. Specifically 215x50x15.

What experiences have folks had with these tyres in terms of grip wet/dry and supply or can you recommend other options?

Only ever had these ffitted to the rear of my 400 but I find them OK. They're not the grippiest tyre in the world but they are very progressive and very controlled when they break away. If I could have got some at the right price for the fronts I would have done but I was offered some Goodyear GSD's at a rediculously low price so I got those instead and are proving to be a bit of a bargain. Try the auction sites and you may get lucky, get them delivered and then fitted locally.

Your getting close to the limit. Good life too my rears lasted 3 years on a daily driver.
Obviously not trying hard enough in the commute smile

Have put dunlops on the front and rear and they have got better with time. Grip well in the wet although again no track exp only heavy road use and commuting, but I would definitely fit them again.

Good on the G33 but has to be all round. They are terrible when mixced with Toyo proxy's as the Toyo has a much softer side wall. All in I preferred them to toyo.

I have them on the front, they arent the best in the world. Grip wet and dry is ok, but not stunning.

I have discovered however that when they get really hot they are excellent. Did a track day recently and expected to be off pace with the 9000's but once I had a few laps in and they were hot they transformed. Excellent grip, very predictable break away a lot of fun.

Unfortunately I am never going to get that kind of heat into them on the road.
