Wing mirror collar

Hi all
Does anyone know where I can get the collar that sits around the wing mirror arm/wire between the body of the mirror and the mounting point On the door ?
I've noted some variation between the types where some are a corrugated flexible pipe and others are more like a solid ring (ie like a squared off donut)
If anyone could point me in the direction of sourcing some, that'd be greatly appreciated as I've drawn several Lanka through the normal sources who want to only sell me a full mirror assy

Try giving TVR Car Parts a call.

From a discussion I had with them when getting my mirror fixed .... "sometimes" they have some spare parts for the mirrors, instead of having to buy the whole assembly.

Depends which bit it is.
