Odd fan behaviour.

Done a body off/out rigger replacement and am now putting it all back together. The dash board and gauges are not in yet. I turned on the ignition and the radiator fans come on, checked the otter switch, even disconnected it and the fans still cone on. I have not changed the wireing loom or moved it. So is there any way the fan relay would work just because none of the gauges/dash board are not connected. Its a 1998 chim.

Have you done the usual stuff like checking your earthing points under the radiator, and front offside wheelarch? incase they have come loose.
