Hello,

For my TVR CHIMAERA, I’m looking for the bolt witch is used to fix the engine mount bracket on the engine (3 bolts per bracket).
What is the complete specification of this bolt ?.
Could you help me please?.

Regards

5/16"UNC is tiny!!!! ie sump bolt size wink

2 lower ones are @1&1/4" 7/16"UNC and only the upper stay @1.25" 5/16" UNC IIRC.

Hello Spend,

I think you have the right answer.
Yesterday evening I have only chek on my car the upper bolt of the left engine mount bracket.
The upper bolt was missing on my car!!!! This is the reason why I'm looking for the right size.
It's 5/16 for the diameter, but are you sure it's 1.25 for the pitch. It seems to be UNC pitch (18 treads for 1 inch).

For the lowest bolts, I have a problem. One of the head of the bolt is broken...
Tonight, I'm going to remove the last one to check an measure the size.
And I'm going to use a special tool to remove the broken bolt.

All bolts are on place on the right....

Excuse me for my English, I'm french.
It's not very easy to find this kind of bolt in France.

1.25" is the length of bolt you require, UNC defines the pitch.

They are set screws you need to order BTW (threaded all the way - bolts only have thread at the tip).
