Cheers guys,
Daz, they are cheaper cheers, although they are not fitted and balanced but well
worth a look.
V8, It was the falkan 452 i was quoted for, i just asked because i heard from a thread on
here some time ago that they go hard after a short time and may not last as long,
Neal i would be interested in the 255/35 but my fronts are 17 inch. Why did he change
them?

Just add five to ten pounds each for fitting and balancing ..most local tyre fitters will change the tyres for you ..Daz, they are cheaper cheers, although they are not fitted and balanced but well

Again imho the falkens are good choice, i am not telling you to buy them thats your choice!, i used to race in the toyo super road saloons back in the early nineties and the tyres where fantastic, they then bought out the proxes which again where a good tyre, they then brought out the prxes t1s which i thought was crap, far less grip than previous toyo's and wore out very quickly, thats when i tried the falkens on my roa car and have been very happy, its not a tiv, its a 540 bmw but the grip is definettly a lot better than the toyo, as for going hard i usually do a set around every 2 years anyway so cant comment.

The time has come to change my tyres.
Currently run Toyo 245/35/18 on the rear but i am being quoted
above £200 for each tyre. I could go cheaper by having falkans at £144/each or
can i reduce the tyre size to 225/40/18 which reduces the toyo price down to £117/each.
cheers ady
Have you thought about KUMHO KU39 ECSTA LE SPORT KUMHOCurrently run Toyo 245/35/18 on the rear but i am being quoted
