Well got her back from V8D last week and i cant stop smiling.

Rob stripped down the engine and rebuilt it including
New Clutch
Stealth cam
Stage 3 heads
Ported inlet manifolds and 45mm trumpets
72mm plenum
Lightened flywheel
Cam and cranke bearings,shells etc
Removed pre cats
Basically nearly everything replaced!!
Just a few pics showing work in progress, decided to run her in for a few hundred miles for my own piece of mind.
Rolling road session shortly

Had my V8S 4.0HC engine rebuilt by them years ago, can't compliment them enough, top guys. Did you get it run on their bench dyno too.

Er, exhaust is standard configuration but the silencers have had the innards removed, although not sleeved... sounded luvverly, and should be better still as the pre-cats have now been removed smile She's a '98 Highland Pearl 500... Mods not dissimilar to yours, but have MS2 and an ACT triple throttle plenum.... biggrin Look forward to seeing your RR figures.. All praise to the lads at V8Dev, they certainly know what they're doing biggrin
