Eagle Asymmetric II tyre pressures
Discussion
Always follow the car manufacturer's advice on tyre pressures.
A lightweight car like a TVR doesn't need the pressure to be as high as a heavier car. The tyre manufacturer doesn't know what car you're fitting their tyres to, so they can't offer meaningful advice about the appropriate tyre pressure - although they usually specify a maximum pressure.

Just occurred to me.... changing over to Goodyear Eagle F1 Asymmetric IIs and wondered - do I follow the usual TVR practice of of deflating them to 22/24psi or do I follow manufacturer recommendations (havent checked but imagine 32-36psi range....) ?
Who knows about such things ?
Run them at 22 front 24 rear as a good starting point. Dont matter what tyres you run these pressures are critical to the handling of the car. Any more pressure makes the front terrible, it will tramline all over the place, and will also feel light and skitish.Who knows about such things ?
Try for yourself with the pressures higher and go for a drive [carefully]. You will very quickly drop the tyre pressures similar to those above.
