Paint Correction

Does anybody have experience with a paint correction shop? Tried to reach Jay from Gleeming Kleen but after I left about 15 voicemails and sent 5 emails without any response from him I wonder if he either went out of business or is not interested in any new customers. In any event, any other recommendations much appreciated.
