Window wipers have stopped working!

I went to use my window wipers this morning and they went to move then suddenly stopped! There is no movement from them at all! Does have any suggestions on what the issue could be?

Make sure you turn them off as if its the motor you;ll burn it out and may start a fire. Possibly park switch or dirty connections. Try connections first. Make sure there is a feed to the wipers - could also be a fuse or relay.

I know its obvious but .. make sure you've the bolts securely tightened on the arms. Mine stopped, I got a spanner, they worked!

Hi all
Thank you for the replys, well I went to the car this morning and guess what the wipers are working as normal! I am wondering weather water has got in some where and caused the fault as we did have exceotionly heavy rain Thursday evening!
