accelerator cable

OK, its happened to me - my acccelerator cable's broken! Limped home, by sticking my throttle open with a bit of stick I found!
Searching the forum, it seems that I could either get a TVR cable (£50+) or a land rover cable (£20).
I understand the Land rover cable is a little longer, but assuming that I find somewhere to loose a bit of slack under the bonnet - is this a problem?
Also if I get a land rover cable does anyone know the part number or is it different for any of the land rovers? ie what should I ask for?
Anyone know a good place I can order one from (next day delivery)?
Looking forward to getting my head back into the footwell again - NOT!!
