Passenger side indicator light...

has fallen 'in'....!? I ve had a look and it seems to me that the whole headlight attachment has to come out in order to fix it. is this right? If so then is it just me or is that a slightly naff design fault/feature? Yes i know - its prob me. Whilst on overlooking stuff on the Chim (mines a 95 by the way) - do the later ones have reminders incase you leave the headlights on?

If it's an early one like mine then all you need to do is whip the front grill out which will give you easy access to the indicator.. Bit of a knack to getting the grill in and out but as long as you take your time it's not too bad.. IMO it's easier to slide it in and out of the rubber first... Hope this helps..

Yip...grille out jobbie, sounds like the lamp unit has come away from the indicator grille or the whole lot could have come away....just held in with that silicon silkaflex (sp?) stuff in both cases IIRC..

Now's the time to put clear lenses in if that's your cup of tea !!
