I have had loads of battery problems over the years from my first Chimaera followed by my first Tuscan.
I found that 2 to 3 weeks left in an airport car park drains the battery such that the airport car park recovery people started to dislike the bl##dy English bloke and his TVR's.
I solved the Mk1 Tuscan problem with a Battery Brain only a few weeks before I wrote her off.
My Mk2 Tuscan has been a little less of a problem but has , on occasion, needed a jump start.

Anyway, I recently bought a 1998 Chimaera 400. I drove it to Germany only a couple of days after the purchase and within two weeks it found itself left alone in a cold and lonely airport carpark.

After 4 weeks of travels my plane landed at said airport and, for the 1000th time over the 4 weeks, I wondered if there was any chance of the engine kicking to life or would I be renewing my poor relationship with the recovery guys.

Unlock - loud clunk smile
Key in strater - loud wurr of petrol pump biggrin
Turned the key - three turns and a roar clapwoohoo

Amazing, started like it had only been stood a single day thumbup
