Hi All
I will be helping a friend to fit the above tyo a Chim... we have EVERYTHING required for the conversion: The only questions really are: Are there any pit falls to look out for?? Any tips for making the job easier etc?? Please only Good quality info would be greatly appreiciated rather that the hear say of 'I've heard this and that' etc info from people who have actually done the conversion would be great. It just saves me wading thro' all the bull that sometimes attaches to some of these subjects!!

Cheers

1.Observe the stub shaft thread direction when dismantling, (LH/RH threads)
2.Make sure the bearing seals go all the way in.
3.You may have to cut off the end of the drive shaft to clear the wheel centres.

I did mine (self-engineered) about 6 years ago....
