Hi guys , I know this has been asked befor but help me out .

Whats the best bulb replasement bulbs . I would like LED side lights and nice bright heads , My car is 1995 chim

Personally I wouldn't recommend LED sidelights. I've tried them in the past (on my other car). It's difficult to get LED bulbs that shine in all directions (which is what you need in order to fill the reflector), and even if you do you'll find they don't like exposure to the sort of heat that a halogen bulb pumps out. After a week or two the LED started flickering.

Someone, in a long thread on upgrading lighting (much talk of chopping off of front ends, use of VW parts and other such nasty practices), did say that they had reviewed several H4 lamps if I recall correctly, and suggested the best one as a result of some real testing.
