Myabe one for Phil

I found this on the web, and looks very intresting

Just how hard would it be to have this set up working?

Fast forward 30 seconds

Could you adjust on the fly just by using a touch screen?

Thanks

Alex

Works nicely in conjunction with MS wink superb bit of software seen here http://www.efianalytics.com/MegaLogViewer/ i use the paid for version (full pack) much nicer to use than the dated Megatune.

You can indeed adjust the settings, thats simply a laptop using a DVD player as it's screen. Pop a USB style touch screen or even a wireless mouse to it.

As Simon has said, use Tuner Studio for tuning, MegaTune hasn't been updated for several years now, where as Tuner Studio is constantly having features added,

I thought about this option but as Phil says you still need to plug in a laptop with a wireless mouse or keyboard as the touch screen won't work.

I currently use a Sony micro pc which I bought a few years ago but ended up gathering dust in the cupboard. Tried it out a few weeks ago and it runs tuner studio and megalog viewer with no problems at all. Due to its size it makes a great display for logging data whilE driving. See link below. They sometimes come up pretty cheap on flebay.

Still use the laptop though for anything other than minor changes to the map as it's much easier with the larger screen.

I guess the ideal option would be an android or apple iOS app with a real time display and data logging facility.

Even if you can just use to screen to keep a eye on your engine it looks pretty cool gadget,

Could even do away with some of the clocks and replace with a screen in the dash
