The real question seeing as they are all 100k is which one will depreciate the most.

My random guess would be the Chim.

So, does that make it the choice of champions as a buyer would clearly be the wealthiest client or the choice of losers as they will have lost the most. wink

With a bit of luck they will all buy Griffs & they will be common as muck & worth bugger all wink

In all seriousness would most people not buy a sag or tuscan convertible if they are all the same price anyway! I know I would.

While there are still real TVRs in existence and the people capable of rebuilding them as new I wouldn't opt for any of them. wink

the "reborn" is actually about right at the money.

inc VAT
400+bhp engine and drivetrain £15k
Suspension £2k
Sand & Repaint £6k
interior £2k
Chassis full resto & mods £5k +
Brakes £1500
Sparco seats and the other bits and pieces...

Add the convenience of a one stop shop and warranty on everything

Yes but it is Fiction Sadly. TVR power will most likely do it but will we see a new TVR Factory doubt it.

I can't say whether or not there will be a new factory, although I agree it's highly unlikely. The packages are definitely available though.

The reborn does seem extremely competitively priced and with a formal brand attached I suspect the second han market will favour it over more expensive conversions.

It's just a shame they couldn't have gone with a different engine instead of the usual tactic of just copying what someone else is already doing.

I'm confident that if an individual wanted some elements of a particular package but not others, this could be accommodated. For example a "taraka" type engine rebuild instead of the LSx conversion. I guess this isn't quoted on the price list to keep the message simple.

Al Melling already offered that: different engine options for a single price. Thinking about it AM & NS have both seen their companies collapse and are now living abroad with similar PH reputations.
