Paint codes colour and touch up's

Hello

My 1999 car is Celestial Blue but has no code in the owners book.
Does anyone have any experience of where to get a colour made up so I can do some winter smartening up before selling in the spring.

Post the Body Code which is on the chassis no. plate under the bonnet.

The code under bonnet of my 2000 Chimaera is P422 - 4YJ6B, I think it is Crimson Starmist?

Would you know if this colour was used by any other manufacturer, the reason I ask is that I regularily pass by an MGF which looks very close to my colour?

TVR only and your colour is available at any Nexa paint supplier.
