chimaera 4 way switch hookup

am busy in central canada converting chim to lhd. am at the 4 way switch. where do the wires go on the switch. the switch is numbered -top right 1, top left3 thenplastic bar, then botom right 2, bottom left 4. scratches indicate 2 is not used. 1 seems to be on terminal, 3 internal light and 4 out. the wires are double brown/black, doublegreenwhite, and single red. the left and right are above them. thanx
