Planning a special trip next year and while surfing the web came across other cars with bespoke or fitted luggage for a week away. Got me thinking.... Anyone had any luggage made or bought standard bags that fit really well?? Thinking of the parcel shelf and the boot for those roof in roof out occasions ....
Any thoughts??
Cheers,

We always take squishy bags for the boot.

I've been through so many bags trying to find the best fit.

Squishy bags are ok, but not the best for keeping clothes nice.

Finally I found the perfect bags.

They are Domo 23" suitcases, which have a double expander.

I have a Surrey Roof, which helps a lot, and I highly recommend for touring.

Without the hard roof panel I can get these bags in fully expanded with space to spare. Fully expanded, from memory, the capacity is around 90 litres.

With the roof panel, I reckin I could still fit them in with a single expansion being used.

I bought mine from the Domo Store at Clarks Village (outlet shopping village).

I've done a search to get you a link, but I can't find them online.

I'll search a bit more to see I can get some pictures.

Pretty sure mine are the 23 inch version of this.

I've been looking for tailored luggage, plenty available for other makes here: http://www.roadsterbag.co.uk/ alas no TVR versions though.

I'd be interested in a group buy if a firm would take on a few orders. We'd have to consider pre and post facelift versions (I think the boot shape changed slightly?), spare wheel location or indeed no spare wheel at all.

Not sure if anyone else would be interested?

You could ask Adrian/staff at classic editions to knock some up if enough wanted?

These guys do some great bags and some other bits, bit pricey but still quiet good.
