Hi guys, this may be a very newb question to ask but i have the following probelm:
When using the door opener it's not returning to centre after opening the door. My question is what is the best way to fix this. Do the springs need changing, wires shortening ? It seems that the bit i've arrowed below is catching on the spring rather than flicking back to centre.
I'm aware this is a stupid problem but if you forget to return it to centre you have a rather embaressing moment where the door slams into the car and straight back open. Just to note, this happened to me after everyone in a petrol station turning round to see what had started up, shortly followed by the door flying back open when i'd tried to shut it !! ha. oops !!
