Black Chimaera

Iv seen a Black Chimaera driving round Woodley, Berkshire a few times now havent had a chance to see weather its a 400/450/500 but its got a sleeved exhaust and sounds great! anyone know who's it is ?

There was one that i saw was for sale in woodley...not sure who he is though. I think from memory it was a 400 though !

By the way, i saw you got some new carpets for yours. How did you get on ? I'm taking mine out, or whats left of them and cutting the patterns myself for the new ones. Any tips if you did do it yourself ?

Are you sure it was black? and not star mist chianti? As i was in woodley today seeing my parents. Just had my chimeara sleeved this morning.. Was it me? Reg plate R17PPA?

Yes dude sounds sweet.. Need James to check it out. I get this whistling sound around the 3500rpm.. Normal after it's been sleeved?

Sorry didnt see the plate i was filling up with fuel in the esso and it looked black could have been gray sounded great I sleeved mine back in the summer sounds so much better now !, the other one for sale in woodley is a friend of mine we've done a few things on that one I think its on gumtree at the moment. yes i have the carpets out of mine now (finally) I havent ordered the new ones yet but plan on doing it this week i was going to go for the coverdale ones. I also in the middle of re-veneering the dash

i was in woodley around 2pm ish yesterday.. so may have been me... i love the sound now its been sleeved!! have to hook up sometime, back at my parents tomorrow, so you may hear me as i drive up crockhamwell road to go into nightinggale road

Ropps, yea i think James's makes that ringing sound as well. Is that if you hold it at that kind of rev range ?

I've just had my delivery of the carpets at work. 11m2 of foam and 5 m2 of carpets, plus all the glue. Was sooooo much bigger than i expected, god knows how it's going to get home in the Mx5 !! ha. Cutting and fitting all the carpets myself this weekend so that is going to be fun, argh ! Wish me luck

yeah its like a ringing/whistle around 3500rpm, sounds nice, just want to make sure its the right sound!! if i can help at all with the carpets let me know.....

for the price its very good, it has a good interior all the ally gauges and handbrake cover. thinks its done around 50 oddk cant quite remember we replaced the diff bearings in it last year and sleeved the exhaust. I dont think the outriggers were gone i havent been under it for a while. but its the light blue one on gumtree in woodley.
