Removing window glass

Does anyone know how you remove the window glass?

Remove Speaker in door.
Reach into speaker hole for 3 (or 4) butterfly nuts. Undo these to remove door trim.
Undo door card screws and remove door card.
Wind window down half way.
Undo the two bolts holding window runner onto winder mechanism.
Pull window up and out.

You forgot the last stage.....wash hands and arms and apply liberal amounts of antiseptic and plasters to all the new cuts and scratches........
