I think the TVR V8 is identical to the old Range Rover Classic V8 and the early Disco's. Last year I replaced a load of my breather pipes and coolant hoses whilst I changed the inlet manifold valley gasket on my Range Rover. I got most of my bits from http://www.lrseries.com/ .
It was best on price and sometimes the only place I could find stuff.
I've dug out my old parts list and found the parts I think you need. They are as follows:
ERR4762
ERR4763
ERR4764
ERR4765
These are the three rubber hoses joining the crankcase to plenum to throttle housing and also the little plastic T-Piece. Do a search of those parts on the above website and it should come up with some pictures.
