My Horn keeps sounding on my Chim

Hi Guys ....

I took my battery out to recharge it over those dull and wet months when the Chim couldnt go out to play ...
Chim 4.0 hc 1997
I have put it back in and all seems ok.......after standing for a while the horn keeps sounding constantly !
I have checked the fuse ,and its fine .I have removed the relay and it is now not sounding but obviously I have no horm?
Has anyone got an idea of what I need to do next ?

Think if you disconnect battery for 10secs or so and as you reconnect it press the alarm plipper on key fob should reset alarm.
