To all fellow SC Power owners. After more than 3 years, my car has started to spit the Supercharger oil through the breather in the reservoir cap. It isn't overfilled, and I have recently changed the filter. Has anyone else had this problem, and if so how did you solve it?

Thanks smile

Yeah if you disturb the oil level / system it takes a while for the air to purge and level to settle down, I made the mistake of over filling it to start with. It will find its own level after a while in your case it just might be air, have u ran with the cap off on tickover to let it vent ?

From experience with a Wade blower many years ago it could be the seal between the gears and the rotor. When the seal goes the boost pressure pressurises the gear case and blows the oil out of the breather.
