Do I need to take all the dash apart or can I change the bulbs by just taking the top off? Where are the bolts located for this?

To access the lamps that go into the guages, you only need remove the top. (caveat, thats all i needed to do on mine).

No, once the dash top is off it only takes 5 mins to swap them over. You may need to reverse polarity on some as the led versions only work one way round (electrically)

You are aware there are two types of lamps used?

Be aware - some LEDs you buy, do NOT fit it in the hole behind the gauges...

Read about my tribulations here

Hope it helps

How would one go about changing the polarity ?? The bulbs don't fit properly in the speedo and tacho but I've just used some imagination to get mine to fit! Very worth doing though. I've put the blue ones in mine and they look great ! If you need any help I'm sure nosh and me could talk you through it, pretty simple once the dash top is off though !

3, although I only had 2 - and someone had done it before and replaced the bolts with wingnuts - took 1 minute to undo them all.

Getting the roll top off was a pig though - be careful with the exposed threads from the bolts when u remove....it can tear the vinyl close to the air vents...
