Got the car all 4 wheel alighned today, top bloke, and had an interesting chat with him, apparently back in the day there were 15 main dealers and 15 Chims were sent to these for demo's in the showroom, and mine is one of them!!!! so if you have one with an odd centre console you are prob one of the 15! Please get in touch as i would love to know how many of these are on the road at present??? will now have to take the updated console out and refurb the origional, which, thank god i still have..!
Bye the way get the corsa b elec steering done, unbelievable difference, my mate who did mine and has a Chim will give you a good price if you want this conversion done in the north east area! NEROBO is the man to contact.

..the door release was within the soft section towards the front of the car along with the gear lever and handbrake rather than being separate and half way down the centre console, there are quite a few like that though.

the whole point of this post is to find out to what is relevant to my car, you are not relevant and you are unable to input any usefull info, so please don't reply to any further posts, get the facts right and don't post anything that will detract from that!

So I always assumed that the door knob moved around the same time that the T5 gearbox was introduced, but perhaps not.
