This is what is showing on Chimaera Pages - but doesn't confirm if front or rear, or both????

I am presuming that seeing as you have the later door buttons and no bumper insert you have the later vented disc rear end so here you go http://shop.grahamgoode.com/rear-brake-discs-x2-si... yours are 273mm dia by 20mm thick between swept face's only 2 types of rear disc fitted to the Cosworth Sierra Vented & non- vented so it narrows it down nicely the Escort Cosworth only came with the vented rear same pt as the Sierra (yours)

If they are the early solid disc on the rear then they are from a 2wd sierra Cosworth and if they are vented then they are from a 4wd Cosworth. I have a Quentin Hazel part No of Q/H 955127 for the vented type witch is most likely to be fitted to your car, but a local motor factors may be able to cross reference this number to something else for you.
