Hi all,
Just got the car back from service and a few other bits and bobs. As driving home, when up to speed, I could feel the floor banging under my left heel. Felt like someone was intermittently banging the floor pan.
Any ideas ?
Shock ?
Something else loose ?

Cheers, Matt

Probably exhaust. At least they must have removed the exhaust pipe to grease the prop shaft properly? Good advice previous though, take it back at let them sort it. Good luck John042.

Normally I would but as it's a 65mile round trip, I thought I'd see if it was an easy fix. They had it for nearly a month so I'm reluctant to send it back too.

Has started misfiring today under acceleration from low revs as well though so maybe a return is best.

I think so wink if you start fiddling then I think they will be reluctant to get involved frown by all means check the obvious like tyre damage sidewall bulges etc before you leave scratchchin
