Coil wiring

I removed coil - marking wiring location on the plastic cover, then removed the cover !! Can anyone look at their coil and see which wire goes to which terminal. I have yellow/white & white/black wires. Thanks in advance

here we go looking at the coil from above top left white wire with clear plastic cover below that bottom left its black wire with black clip then top right its black and white wire and last white lead with black connector is bottom right best of luck

As long as the black wires go to the negative side, other 2 to the positive.

Thanks for info but I think my wires are different, I have 2 connections with 2 wires in each, 1 connection has 2 yellow with white trace & other has 2 white with black trace. It's a 93 4ltr if that makes a difference

Generally, it's the 2 wires with black traces that go to the neg although I have one from each pair that go to the neg.

Cant tell you the colours as I have rewired them!

Yes that looks like mine, is it the + side that the yellow is on ?
Thinking about it one wire should be live when ignition switched on so this then goes to + terminal, need to check this when I get home
