Anyone have a spare power steering pump ?

Anyone have a spare power steering pump they wish to sell to fit a Chim 500 (they are all same !) 95-97.

Mine has started whining after it ran dry due to seal split in the rack & when hot its now getting on my nerves so due to change.

I woud rather avoid pattern parts or new at this stage so its worth an ask so if anyone has one.

QVB 101110 Nothing wrong with after market ,had mine fitted for 3 years and no problems to date..

So I take it theres no discernable difference between the origional & aftermarket during operation - do they sound & behave the same?

I did see on some threads on the AM ones which had only lasted a short time which to me is a false economy.

There`s different quality after market steering pumps ..All i can say is mine was around £60 and three nearly four years later i don`t have a problem

Ant - PM is down at the moment. Thanks for the offer - do you have any details for the pump can ie what this was off & year & whether serp or pre serp (nice Griff) as i believe there was a difference? Also what do you want for it ? Thanks again. Andy
