Hi all,

I bought a 96 Chim 400 a few weeks ago and I have a key on my key ring that I don't know what is for. The previous owner didn't know and had the key on it when he bought it. It says Lowe & Fletcher on it and looks like some sort of bike lock key, so could be completely unrelated to the car. Here's a pic:

If it's not related to the car, then i'll take it off the key ring and chuck it in a drawer. Not sure if there's some hidden compartment on the car that I don't know about.

Thanks,

Tim

It's the key to switch off the siren which is mounted inside front nose. If you disconnect
Your main battery for any reason you will need this key to silence the siren.

I guess I'll leave it on the key ring then! When I'm next working in the front wing I'll have a look for the siren and see if I can see the keyhole.

Thanks for your help!
