At standard ride height

Rear
1.4 degrees neg camber
1.5mm toe in per side (12 minutes)

Front
3/4 of degree of neg camber
0.75mm toe in per side (6minutes)

Set the ride height as measured under the triangular gusset pieces at the outrigger corners.

Front, 140mm
Rear, 160mm

Set the damper settings at half way, (say 10 out of 20 clicks for example) and add about 2-3 clicks for added stiffness to the front.

Take for a spirited drive down a known bumpy twisty road.

If it feels too firm, back off 2 clicks all round.

If it feels too soft, add another 2 clicks all round.

Test over the same section of road.

Good luck!

I've jsut fitted them and was given some 'starter' settings of 12 clicks (from soft) on the front and 10 clicks on the back.

I have to say I'm delighted with the results!
