Clutch has been creacking for a couple of weeks and I have just noticed that it has started to slip if i use a heavy right foot....as im not particularly good with things mechanical, I just wondered if they suddenly let go or just get progressively worse? I can still get all the gears and have done 44k miles. Am booked in with Dan T on the 2nd May. Dont really want to have to use the Volvo until then if i can avoid it, especially if we get some nice weather in the meantime!

I found mine got progressively worse as in it would start slipping only in high gears and then progressively lower gears.

Mine seems to be a bit slippy at the moment. Sometimes i'll get full GO then other times i won't. Guessing mine is probably on the way out as well. Good news on the AA parts cover!! £500 per claim 5 times a year, didn't think that was bad for £90 !!

Oh cool, where is it ? If it's bloody miles away then i might struggle. Plus mine is still quite literally in pieces. Will bring it along for a laugh though. Let me know the deets and i'll see what i can do ! Would be good to meet up again though.
