TVR documents from factory

I was having trouble registering my Chim here in Norway, the DVLA here needs more info on the car than there is in the cars v5 papers... it seemed noone could help me get official documents.. then I stumbled upon this:

Turns out the new owners make these documents for you, it costs 250 pounds, but its everything I need
