Will a 97 450 exhaust fit a 95 400?

Looking at getting a standard exhaust for my Chim, and have found one from a 1997 450.

Are there any differences I should be looking out for?

Any reason why it might not fit?

The rear hanger can be in a different position but its not a big problem ,the 5l needs the flexible pipe to allow for engine movement.
