Serpentine Alternator

can anyone tell me the part number (or the spec) for a serpentine spec alternator.

Which one? There was about 6 different types fitted!

Good question, I'm converting a pre- serpentine to a serpertine front and I need to know what type to re-fit as my existing unit won't fit.
If I have an option of 6 which would you recomend Steve?

Lucas/Bosch/Magenetti Marelli are the common ones.

The Marelli one fitted to my Griff is:

A127IM-100A
AMR 4247

63321353 is also on it. Land Rover is stamped on the label. Be ware that there are some variation in the pulley and the wiring.
