Steve says 3 or can it be 4

It rained heavily when driving back from a 6k service at the Garage.
I got wet for the first time, didn’t realise the glass was drooping a little at the rear.
Tried to take off the door trim today, found the 3 bolts the one by ciggy/power outlet was a right pain but all now released but the trim only wants to comes away a little and then refuses to budge any further. I have tried to lift, wriggle and pull but it is solid.

Is there another bolt… did the 999 TVR Chimaera have 4 bolts …just don’t want to pull to hard in case I break the moulding.

Can anyone help?

My 97 model has 4 and no ashtray.

I've replaced the nuts with wingnuts to make slightly easier, but is still a pain to reach them all.

This picture shows the fixings and their location (on a nearside door). It's also from a 1999 car. When all the fixings are removed, the outer door card frame can be very tight against the top edge of the door (to the point it feels like there's still a screw attached somewhere).

Green arrows denote M6 studs, yellow arrows denote self tappers, red arrows denote holes in the inner door card through which the M6 studs pass.

The drop glass height is adjustable by screwdriver from outside the car without the need to remove the door trim.

OOOps…..Thanks for your responses, I have now found page 309.

I must admit I can’t recollect seeing this on my car, going to look now.
